Terms of service sample documents Guide
The App Stores will require a few documents in order for apps to be compliant with current global terms of service standards.
The three documents required are:
1. Terms and Conditions of Use – Includes the terms, the rules and the guidelines of acceptable behaviour and other useful sections to which users must agree in order to use or access your mobile app and related services.
2. Privacy Policy – A Privacy Policy is not only legally required to disclose your practices on protecting personal information, it’s also a great way to show app members that you can be trusted, and that you have procedures in place to handle their personal information with care.
3. Community Standards – Your Community Standards is a set of rules or guidance on what it is and what it is not acceptable to post within your app, demonstrating your acceptance of your social responsibility towards your users and wider communities.

Attached are sample documents from where you will find information that needs to be included.
If you would like to use these sample documents, you will need to reproduce them on your official letterhead, customise the information in red, and send back to us in Word format.
